ANNIE LESLIE grew up in Wisconsin then attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and holds several college degrees. ANNIE works full-time developing recipes and testing foods for Ameriqual, the makers of our military’s MRE’s. She has worked with us, assisting other instructors, for over a year now, and we have been trying to get her to teach for nearly that long. At last, we have succeeded, and we are offering her first two classes on this schedule.
