STEPHEN LEE, is our intrepid friend and  mentor from Louisville. The owner of the (now closed) Cookbook Cottage, is a registered auctioneer in both Indiana and Kentucky, director of food for the Kentucky State Fair, etc. etc. and a cooking instructor for over 25 years, teaching all over the U.S. The “HerbMeister"  has two new classes on this schedule and I, for one, can’t wait.
