On Monday, July 26 at 6:30 p.m. STEPHEN will show that GOOD FOR YOU CUISINE ($48) can taste just as palate-pleasing as foods that we should limit or avoid. We’ll start with a hot bowl of Garlic Bread Soup and move on to an entrée of Baked Salmon with Black Bean Cake over a Barley Risotto. This is accompanied by Browned Brussels Sprouts with Chorizo. Even if you don’t like Sprouts, you’ll love these. Dessert will be Rosemary & Walnut Pound Cupcakes served with a Roasted Peach Compote. This menu tastes so good, no one will believe it’s really good for you too

The owner of the (now closed) Cookbook Cottage, is a registered auctioneer in both Indiana and Kentucky, director of food for the Kentucky State Fair, etc. etc. and a cooking instructor for over 25 years, teaching all over the U.S. The “HerbMeister” has two new classes on this schedule and I, for one, can’t wait.
