As we have done previously, we have arranged with LELIA to allow you to order fish and/or seafood from STAN'S RESTAURANT, which she will bring fresh on the day of class. You can pick up your fish order between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. the day of class. Out-of-towners and those taking the class will be able to get their orders after class. All fish orders must be placed no later than FIVE DAYS BEFORE CLASS, in order for LELIA to be able to bring you the very freshest in seafood. You may order directly by calling 502-895-0167.
