On Tuesday, April 20 at 6:30 p.m. LELIA returns with another new class, a SPRING MENU FOR MOM ($50). It begins with a Spinach and Smoked Trout Roulade. Our salad is Herbed Deviled Eggs over Baby Greens with a Lemon Vinaigrette. The entrée is Salmon Coulibiac served with Boursin Mashed Potatoes and Sugar Snap Peas with Herbed Butter. And our finale tonight will be Chocolate Dipped Strawberries. Moms are good at loving, and this is a menu to love.

LELIA GENTLE owns STAN’S FISH SANDWICH restaurant in Louisville. KY. LELIA loves to teach, and has taught cooking for many years. I don’t know anyone who lives “inland” who knows more about seafood than LELIA.
As we have done previously, we have arranged with LELIA for you to order fish and/or seafood through the auspices of STAN’S FISH SANDWICH RESTAURANT, which she will bring freshly frozen on the day of class. You can pick up your fish order between 4:30 and 6:00 p.m. the day of class. Out-of-towners and those taking the class will be able to get their orders after class. All fish orders must be placed FIVE DAYS BEFORE CLASS, in order for LELIA to be able to bring you the very freshest in seafood. You may order directly by calling 502-895-0167.
