PastaOn Thursday, May 13, at 6:30 p.m. DAVID will be busily preparing his NORTHERN ITALIAN MENU ($48). This is a complete dinner, beginning with Florentine Soup, followed by a Shredded Carrot Salad, as tasty as it is colorful. The pasta course is Fettuccine Carbonara, a classic of Italian cuisine. The segundo or main course is Veal Marsala served with Green Beans with Butter and Cheese, and a Tuscan Flat Bread. Our dessert is also a classic, Zuccotto, a kind of ice cream bombe. This one is truly a feast “from the boot” and very good eating for everyone.

DAVID PAMPUCH is the owner of GERONTE'S PIZZA here in Woodland Center and one of our four original instructors at KITCHEN AFFAIRS. DAVID holds college degrees in both Culinary Arts and Fine Arts. One of our original instructors, his class­es are always popular and everything DAVID does in his classes can be easily done at home, by nearly anyone. This schedule repeats his two most popular classes and offers two others, both repeats of classes he hasn’t offered in a while.
