 On Thursday, April 8 at 6:30 p.m. we’ll offer DAVID’s most popular class of all. This class attracts more couples than any other class we offer, and nearly everyone who takes it comes back to the store to tell us how often they make PIZZA, FAMILY STYLE ($45) at home. You will learn to make two different pizza crusts from scratch, along with home-made pizza sauce and the best Italian sausage you’ve eaten in Evansville. The pizzas are a thin-crusted pepperoni pizza, crispy and crunchy; a double-crusted stuffed pizza with no meat, and an authentic deep dish Chicago pizza that weighs over 5 pounds, and we’re not kidding! This class is one of the first we offered, and it still sells out regularly. Besides being a great “date” for couples, we usually have 1 or 2 parent-child couples as well (teens and up, please). If you’ve never taken this class, you really don’t know what you’ve missed!

DAVID PAMPUCH is the owner of GERONTE'S PIZZA here in Woodland Center and one of our four original instructors at KITCHEN AFFAIRS. DAVID holds college degrees in both Culinary Arts and Fine Arts. One of our original instructors, his classes are always popular and everything DAVID does in his classes can be easily done at home, by nearly anyone. This schedule repeats his two most popular classes and offers two others, both repeats of classes he hasn’t offered in a while.
