 On Wednesday, July 28 at 6:30 p.m. NICKI will offer a CARRIBEAN ISLAND MENU ($45). We start with a Black Bean Soup, followed by Jerk Chicken, Jamaica style, served with Mango Chutney and Rice, and for dessert, a Banana Cake topped with Fried Bananas and Ginger Whipped Cream. I can feel the heat already, from this winning menu.

Her experience in Pastry Arts at Sullivan College and her extensive catering experience make her a welcome addition, and she has very quickly developed a devoted student following.
