"Chicken Venetian Menu"

Chicken On Tuesday, July 13, at 6:30 p.m. SCOTT will be teaching us to make a CHICKEN VENETIAN MENU ($50).  If you are like me, you love a good crisp salad with blue cheese, and tonight’s features Bibb Lettuce with Maytag Bleu Cheese Dressing. Our Chicken Venetian is stuffed with Fresh Basil, Tomato, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses, and served with Artichoke Bottoms topped with Sautéed Asparagus and Hollandaise Sauce. We’ll also have some freshly-made Tagliatelle to fill both us and our plates. Dessert will be Kirby’s Tiramisu Royale. This is an elegant and enchanting menu you will love serving at your house, IF you take this class.

SCOTT SCHYMIK, the chef and owner of Kirby’s Private Dining and Catering in Evansville, really enjoys teaching in our school. His classes are very well organized, and usually run shorter than some others, but the techniques are always very do-able and SCOTT’s food is delectable. SCOTT has two classes this summer and both look like winners.
