On Tuesday, September 21 at 6:30 p.m. CINDY will offer a FOUR COURSE ITALIAN SUPPER ($45). Our first course is a Trio of Bruschetta; three different toppings, each more delicious than the others. Our second course is a Quick Minestrone served with a Savory Biscotti. The entrée is classic Chicken Cacciatore, and dessert is another Biscotti, this one is made with Chocolate and Citrus. CINDY will be using a lot of product from various lines she sells, and teaching you how to use them properly at home. Besides which, her food is just terrific!

CINDY MILEM, who used to work with us when she lived here in Evansville, is now a sales rep for several lines of cookware, cutlery, bake­ware and gadgets we carry, so she cer­tainly knows her stuff! She has taught several different classes for us in the last couple of years, and now she has a new one on this schedule.
