On Wednesday, September 1 at 6:30 p.m. LOWRY presents a VEAL & MORELS MENU ($50). Our veal escalopes are served with a sauce of Morel Mushrooms with Cream and accompanied by a Quinoa with Butternut Squash and Red Onion. Our dessert is a Lowry specialty; Rum Raisin Apple Pie. We rarely get LOWRY to teach for us, so don’t wait too long to sign up for her class.
LOWRY IGLEHEART-KEACH is a long-time friend and near-legendary Evansville cook from a very old and established family (all of whom are excellent cooks!). She has taught for us for many years and has a very loyal following.
