  On Monday, June 7 at 6:30 p.m. DOUG will prepare A  FILET MENU FOR MEN ($50). Our first course, a Barley Risotto with  Caramelized Leeks and Mushrooms, will prepare our taste buds for the  Pepper-Crusted Filet Mignon with Horseradish Cream, accompanied by Garlicky  Green Beans and a Rice Pilaf with Shallots and Parmesan. For dessert, a simple dish  of Sautéed Apples over Ice Cream. This menu would be perfect for Father’s Day,  or almost any day for that matter.
 
 DOUG RENNIE and his wife Marla own JUST RENNIE’S, a  popular catering establishment in downtown Evansville.
