On Thursday, June 3 at 6:30 p.m. JASON will offer a menu which features SUMMER GRILLED SHRIMP ($42). Our salad of Marinated Asparagus and Green Beans is dressed with Garlic & Lemon Aioli. The Glazed Grilled Shrimp Skewers will be served over a bed of Orzo with Grilled Vegetables, and for dessert a light Strawberry Parfait. It’s a summer menu all the way and you’ll love every bite.
JASON WATSON is the sous chef at Kirby’s Private Dining and Catering in Evansville. JASON is passionate about teaching cooking, and having grown up in restaurants, it shows! He has only one class on this schedule, but it’s a good one.
