SHELLY & MIKE SACKETT will again offer their BRAVO BARCELONA MENU ($55) on June 22, a Tuesday, at 6:30 p.m. We learned these dishes a couple of years ago on a  trip to Spain and love making them. We begin with a couple of Catalunyan Tapas dishes, unique to the region. The Tomato Soup is very unusual, and the garnish is what makes it great-tasting. The entrée is Paella de Marisco, the seafood rice dish which is served all along the Mediterranean coasts of Spain. We’ll also serve a Mancha Salad made with fresh oranges, and for dessert a Crème Catalan which is similar to a crème brûlée, only maybe better. We’ll talk about our trip, and about Spanish wines and the wonderful foods and people of España Magnifica!
