On Thursday, August 19 at 6:30 p.m. AUMPAI will present a THAI GREEN CURRY MENU ($48). We begin with a Fresh Fruit Salad with Lime Dressing. This is followed by Som Tom, the green papaya salad that’s one of my favorites, served with coconut Jasmine rice. Our entrée is Green Curry Pork Tenderloin with Thai Eggplant. Dessert is one of AUMPAI’s specialties, Mango and Jackfruit with Sweet Sticky Rice. We know this class will fill quickly, so if you want authentic and delicious Thai, sign up this week, or risk losing out. We will take a waiting list for another class, if the response is as great as we think it will be.
AUMPAI HOLT is practically a fixture in our store. M any years ago, we persuaded her to teach a Thai Curry class, and although everyone who took her classes loved them, w e have not been able to get her back on the schedule until now. W ith the help of many of our associates, we have been able to “convince” her to teach again!
