 On Saturday, August 14 at 9:30 a.m. NINA will present a SUMMER MEDITERRANEAN MENU ($45)This is a lighter menu, but filled with the fragrances and flavors of summer. We’ll share some Savory Frosted French Bread as an accompaniment to our Roasted Mediterranean Chicken and Marinated Vegetables. We will sip some Apple Rose Hip Tea and have Poached Pears for dessert. You will love the combination of herbal flavors, and all of NINA’s tips for both cooking and gardening too!

NINA McGILL is one of our newer instructors who lives in Montgomery Indiana, is an avid gardener and herbalist, and a very good instructor too. The classes she’s taught for us this year (her first, as a teacher) have been both interesting, educational and scrumptious. On this schedule, NINA has two new classes.
