 On Wednesday, August 11, at 6:30 p.m. DAVID will repeat a class he offers only once every few years. SUMMER KABOBS ($45) features a selection of skewered delights, all cooked on the grill. We’ll enjoy Chicken Kabobs with Teriyaki Marinade served with a Gingered Tomato Sauce, some Beef Kabobs marinated in a red wine mixture and served with a home-made Bar-B-Que Sauce, along with some Shrimp Kabobs in Hoisin Sauce and to finish off, some Grilled Fresh Fruit Kabobs. This is a fun class filled with ideas for summertime entertaining. A sure sell-out!
