Chef Tom will have you eating winter squashes for the remainder of the season! These recipes are delicious and comforting! He'll begin with the basics: peeling, cutting... Do you know if you put a butternut squash in the microwave for a bit, it's easier to cut? Chef Tom will teach Fall Harvest Squash "Pasta" Bowl, Butternut and Maple Syrup Bisque with Cinnamon Cream, Stuffed Summer Squash with Tomato, Bacon, and Cheddah Cheese (yes, he's from Boston!). Class is limited to 16.
