Pie crust always seems to be the toughest part of building a pie. So... guess what? This class will skirt that issue! We will begin with crust-less Classic Buttermilk Pie and an old fashion Mud Pie. Dagmar will then demonstrate a Berry Clafoutis, which is between a pie and a coffee cake. Lastly she will teach a Caramel-Pecan Tart. Dessert classes sell out quickly, call today! WINTER SQUASH
Monday, January 28, 2019 - 6:30 pm, $45 Thomas Hickey - Chef Chef Tom will have you eating winter squashes for the remainder of the season! These recipes are delicious and comforting! He'll begin with the basics: peeling, cutting... Do you know if you put a butternut squash in the microwave for a bit, it's easier to cut? Chef Tom will teach Fall Harvest Squash "Pasta" Bowl, Butternut and Maple Syrup Bisque with Cinnamon Cream, Stuffed Summer Squash with Tomato, Bacon, and Cheddah Cheese (yes, he's from Boston!). Class is limited to 16.
