Thursday, December 14th ● 6:30 - 9:00 pm ● "Gingerbread & Frankfurter Brenton Almond Molded Cookie Workshop" ● Hands On Class ● Andrea Estes Riegling - Rock That Plate ● $65.00  Don't be intimidated by cookie molds!  Join us and learn to make molded cookies that are rich with tradition, too pretty to eat ~ almost, in an array of different flavors. You will also learn to make Molded Gingerbread cookies, rich with spices and molasses as well as Frankfurter Brenton, an easy and delicious almond molded cookie.  We may even back some of the Frankfurter Brenton cookies with bittersweet chocolate. There will be plenty of samples to taste and Andrea will explain how to choose the right cookie mold for various types of molded cookies.  She has studied with Connie Meisinger, owner of House on the Hill Cookie Molds, and is ready to show you how to make these beauties.

Saturday, December 16th ● 10:00 - 11:00 am ● "Breakfast with the Grinch" ● $50.00 per table  Enjoy a wonderful Holiday breakfast with the one and only "Mr. Grinch"!  Breakfast will be ready for you at our "Top your own Homemade Waffle Bar" and enjoy Roast Beast (sausage links), Who Hash (hash brown potatoes), Milk, Who Juice (orange juice), Old Fashioned Hot Chocolate and Hot Coffee! Bring your camera and have your picture taken with the "Mean Ol' Mr. Grinch!"  Each reservation is for one table includes two children and two adults or a family of four due to space constraints. **when registering please let us know how many are in your party ~ both children and adults.

Saturday, December 16th ● 1:00 - 3:00 pm ● "The Ultimate Gingerbread House" ● Hands On Class ● Josh Moore - Volare ● $90.00 per house  A Holiday Tradition at the Cottage. Do you wish you knew how to bake, assemble, decorate and preserve the charming gingerbread houses you see in the magazines and on TV? Learn how as we go through the process, step by step, to create and decorate a masterpiece! Each student or family will make their own, large house to take home with them! Don't miss out! Class is priced per house; this would apply to an individual, couple or family of four or less. This class is always a sell out and space is limited, so sign up early!  **when registering please let us know how many are in your party ~ both children and adults ~ for seating purposes.

Sunday, December 17th ● 12:00 - 2:30 pm ● "Dashing Through the Snow ~ Cookie Decorating Workshop" ● Hands On Class ● Molly Karr - Cookie Decorator ● $60.00 This class is open to both adults and kids ages 12 and up.  Learn to decorate a variety of holiday cookies, perfect for Christmas, to give your family and friends or enjoy yourself. Learn the techniques and tricks to work with royal icing, achieve the proper consistency as well as coloring the icing; you will learn the correct way to fill and use a piping bag for decorating as well as how to store leftover icing. Several different cookie decorating techniques, such as   working with royal icing, outlining and flooding cookies will be covered in class as well as tips for baking the perfect cookie. Molly will share her recipes for Traditional Sugar Cookies, Gingerbread Cookies & Royal Icing. Students will take home four cookies they complete in this class ~ Santa Face ● Elegant Snowflake ● Frosty Snowman ● Adorned Christmas Tree  *All tools, icings and cookies are supplied.
