Sharp knives are safer and easier to work with. A well-balanced, sharp knife will do the work for you as you guide it through your meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, etc.
Regular blades only, no serrated edges, scissors or cleavers.

The best way to judge if a knife is right for you is to experience its sharpness, appreciate its balance and feel how it fits your hand. Come in and chop with us! You will have an opportunity to try out a variety of different knives and get a sense of how they feel in your hand - a critical factor when choosing a knife.
