Fresh turmeric and ginger add flavor depth, while the kefir and banana keep things smooth. INGREDIENT TIP:Turmeric is known for anti-inflammatory, digestive, and antioxidant benefits.Watch out - fresh turmeric can easily stain things yellow! do-ahead tips 1. FREEZE YOGURT CUBESFill silicone ice cube molds with Greek yogurt and freeze for perfectly portioned cubes of yogurt that are instantly ready for smoothie making! 2. PREP A WEEK OF SMOOTHIES AT ONCE! Freeze individual smoothie portions in small zip lock bags, then simply add liquids, and blend when you’re ready to for a quick snack!
