Chef Chad will be teaching several cheese fondue variations with herbs and wines. Since it is a few days before Valentine's, I'm sure he'll also manage to come up with a sinful chocolaty fondue! SECRETS FROM THE BREAD GARAGE Monday, February 22, 2016 - 6:30 pm, $40Chris Pfeifer - Baker, The Bread Garage Many of you know Chris from the bread he used to sell at the Marietta Farmer's Market. His baking hobby got a little out of control when he built a commercial-sized brick oven in his garage. He has joined our team of chefs to share his secrets and knowledge of bread making. He will demonstrate clay and cast iron baking. This should be a great class, Chris is full of energy and gets so excited when talking "bread!" Many of you have asked for a sauces class to step-up your gourmet dishes. Jamie will concentrate on "mother sauces" the traditional bases for all sauces. He'll explain how to adapt them to different dishes. He will also cover a traditional Raisin Sauce for your Easter ham. Class is limited to 16.
