Many of you have asked for a sauces class to step-up your gourmet dishes. Jamie will concentrate on "mother sauces" the traditional bases for all sauces. He'll explain how to adapt them to different dishes. He will also cover a traditional Raisin Sauce for your Easter ham. Class is limited to 16.

Monday, April 4, 2016 - 6:30 pm, $40Dave Rudie - Chef, da Vinci's Dave will be making a traditional meat loaf along with several other varieties including a vegetable meatloaf and a chicken or turkey meatloaf. Guaranteed to be a delicious and very creative class. Class is limited to 16.
