Waffles are not just for breakfast anymore! Savory waffles are absolutely delicious. They can be made with fresh herbs, cheeses, and proteins. Serve with a hot sauce or gravy, and dinner is ready! Who doesn't love fondue? Chef Chad will be teaching several cheese fondue variations with herbs and wines. Since it is a few days before Valentine's, I'm sure he'll also manage to come up with a sinful chocolaty fondue! Make this class a date night! Class is limited to 16.

Chef Jamie will be sharing his favorite recipes for comfort food. Homemade ooey-gooey Macaroni and Cheese will definitely be one of the dishes he'll cover. Class is limited to 16.

Many of you have asked for a sauces class to step-up your gourmet dishes. Jamie will concentrate on "mother sauces" the traditional bases for all sauces. He'll explain how to adapt them to different dishes. He will also cover a traditional Raisin Sauce for your Easter ham. Class is limited to 16.
