We are so committed to healthy cooking that we have partnered our newsletter this week with our Farm Fresh Salads cooking class. Inspiration is our middle name!
Chef Hatalsky's love of farm fresh produce is front and center in this seasonal class. Sue will feature the best of local produce to create salads that can be served as side salads or gussied up to be served as light entrees. The evening will be high lighted with recipes for simple vinaigrettes, techniques for cooking grains and for combining the best the season and area has to offer.
