Chef Patrick Mannato will create a Bruschetta Bar, a great idea for the home cook for entertaining. You'll make a variety of toasts and many different toppings and let the guests just make their own from the many scrumptious choices.

Babka is a spongy, brioche-like yeast cake that is traditionally baked for Easter Sundayor Passover. Chef Hatalsky will teach us to make a delectable Babka with drunken raisins and frangipane. Instructor: Chef Susan Hatalsky
