With the growing number of gluten intolerant people, information is becoming more and more available. In this class Leah Nielsen, local caterer has tried-and-true recipes and information that can help. Come learn about ways to improve your gluten free diet. Saturday, July 30 - Cooking with Nancy - 11:00 a.m Nancy Beykirch (former owner of Love to Cook at Kitchen Kneads) is coming back just to teach this delicious class! Come learn some of Nancy's secrets to success in the kitchen. Her fabulous recipes are sure to work their way into your cooking repertoire. Don't miss out on this fabulous class! Tuesday, August 2 - Back From Italy - 6:30 p.m. Kristin Trevino has recently returned from a food lover's trip to Italy. Come learn all the wonderful recipes, tips & tricks she learned along the way. You'll feel like you've just visited the Italian countryside right along with her. This class is not to be missed! Wednesday, August 3 - Hands On Whole Wheat Bread - 1:00 p.m Come learn from our in-store instructor how to make delicious wheat bread using freshly ground wheat flour. Instructor will also demonstrate how to make our cinnamon/currant variation. Includes pan and one loaf of bread to take home.

Tuesday, August 9 - Farm Fresh - 6:30 p.m. There is so much talk right now about eating local, farm fresh foods. Local farmer and cook, Barbie Corbridge, will discuss this topic along with sharing some great recipes for farm fresh foods. Plus learn how to quickly and easily take apart a whole chicken to save time and money! An entire dinner prepared with local, free range eggs & chicken that is delicious!
