In a few days, it will be official - Spring! With the new season comes many occasions to celebrate -- bridal showers, weddings, graduations, and Easter (it's early this year, March 27th). Hands-On Cake Decorating
If you want to learn the tricks to the trade of making a beautiful cake this is the class for you! Kelli Barker is a professional cake decorator and knows how to make cakes look amazing but also taste delicious. Join her as she shares her knowledge and skill. Macarons
Macarons are the perfect cookie for a spring time treat. But with even the pros claiming to failure on a regular basis they can seem daunting and unachievable. Kanako Arnold, former pastry chef of Crumb Brother's Bakery - knows the tricks to the trade and will be sharing them at this class. If you love these beautiful little cookies or, just want to make something new, come join Kanako's Macaron Class!

Tuesday, March 22, 2016 - 6:30 p.m. 
Sharpening Your Knife Skills
Join Robert Sanderson for an evening of chopping and cooking. This class will be a hands-on class where participants will learn to sharpen, care for and properly engage knife skills. Bring a knife to sharpen from home and test all the kitchen knives out while prepping dinner. Robert will cook up some delicious stir-fry and serve a meal to registered guests. If you have trouble getting a loaf of good whole wheat bread or if you just want to learn how, don't miss this class. Patty Taylor, our house bread maker, will be teaching a hands-on class where you will learn how to mix and then form your own loaf of 100% whole wheat bread. Come learn how light, delicious, and nutritious this bread can be. Price includes a loaf of bread and a bread pan.

Pasta is a staple at most dinner tables - and for good reason, it's ready in a snap, easy on your wallet and can be served in countless ways. We can all use a new recipe once in a while and these are the perfect ones - fast & easy and of course, with pasta. A great idea for a busy life! JaDene will also be teaching how to make homemade pasta for those days when you have a little extra time
