Thursday, September 22 - Crepes, Crepes, Crepes! - 11:00 a.m Crepes can be a tricky food to pull off without any problems in the kitchen. They can tear, the fillings can be too soggy, you name it. In this class Natalie Straatman has recipes for perfect crepes and delicious fillings that will not cause you any frustrations in the kitchen! Saturday, September 24 - Perfect Under Pressure: Electric Pressure Cooking - 11:00 a.m. Couldn't we all use a little more time in the day? With the electric pressure cooker in your kitchen you can cut down on your time spent in the kitchen so you can spend more time out of the kitchen. Tuesday, September 27 - Pizza Workshop 6:30 p.m. A good pizza is a combination of everything working perfectly together. The dough, sauce, cheese, toppings often don't mesh well with eachother. Wednesday, September 28 - Hands On Whole Wheat Bread - 1:00 p.m. Come learn from our in-store instructor how to make delicious wheat bread using freshly ground wheat flour. Instructor will also demonstrate how to make our cinnamon/currant variation. Includes pan and one loaf of bread to take home. Thursday, September 29 - Tartlets & Cream Puffs - 6:30 p.m. Pastries are one of the most intimidating things in the kitchen. They are also one of the most rewarding things to perfect. Tuesday, October 4 - Whole Grain Italian - 6:30 p.m. Joy Ercanbrack has a love for all foods Italian and using whole grains. This class is the delicious result. Come learn how whole grains can be incorporated to your favorite Italian dishes. All the delicious dishes with none of the guilt! Thursday, October 6 - Festive & Fabulous: Holiday Appetizers - 6:30 p.m. We all entertain more during the holidays.
