Saturday, August 9, 2014 - LOGAN - 11:00 a.m.Laminated Dough Hands-OnA laminated dough, be it puff pastry, croissant, or danish, begins by taking a normal bun dough and then folding it in layers with butter in between. Kanako Arnold, from Crumb Brothers Bakery will be teaching this hands-on class. You will be the one to roll, butter, and fold your dough into some beautiful pastries that will have your mouth watering. It is not hard, but knowing the technique makes it a lot easier to do.
