Saturday, October 29th - Savory Cheesecake with Robin Lopez & Cherie Torresi, Ciao! Catering A savory Italian cheese pie/cake that is traditionally made at Easter but is fabulous any time, especially at Christmas when you have a million things to do and you want a one dish meal.
Wednesday, November 2 - Knife Skills Clinic - 6:00 - 8:00pm
Learn basic knife skills as well as different blade shapes and uses. This is a hands-on clinic. Each participant will receive a FREE Wusthof paring knife. Pre-registration and pre-payment is required. Please contact us to reserve your space as soon as possible. Space is limited. Cost is $40.
