Saturday, November 19th Batata Mihshee with Joe Geha "Batata Mihshee is a wintertime dish of potatoes cored and stuffed with lamb, cilantro, cinnamon and pine nuts, in a savory tomato sauce served atop lemony rice pilaf. The recipe is Joe's variation of his sister's adaptation of their mother's version of their father's original creation. So, who says there's no evolution?" Saturday, November 26 Pizza! - Back to the Basics with Greg Harvey What's the difference between a great marinara sauce and pizza sauce? Greg will answer your questions and prepare the best of his homemade sausage pizza and a pepperoni pizza.
Saturday, December 3 Christmas Cookies with Margaret Welder Margaret Welder's classic holiday cookies are an annual Cooks' Emporium favorite. Each year Margaret treats us to easy-to-make recipes that will more than satisfy the sweet tooth in your family.
Sunday, December 4 1:00pm - 3:00 Traditional English Christmas Dinner Class with Robert Moore You'll need to sign up early for this class. Robert will be preparing Prime Rib Roast, Yorkshire Pudding, Plum Pudding and trimmings. Prergistration and pre-payment are required. $45.00 per person.
Sunday, December 11 Gingerbread House Class
Only 6 spaces left! with Andrea Moore & Holly Boman Create your very own gingerbread house to take home for the holiday. We'll provide the house and all the goodies to assemble and decorate. Adult Class, Sunday, December 11 from 10:00am - 11:30am. Kids Class, Sunday, December 11 from 1:30pm - 3:00pm. $15.00 per person Preregistation and prepayment required.
