with Becky Ringsby 'Tis the season for Spaghetti Squash! As the name suggests, this autumn vegetable can be substituted for pasta to create a nutritious, gluten-free, kid-friendly entrée, or it can be used simply as a tasty side-dish to any meal. Come and learn the best preparation methods, as well as creative uses for this versatile veggie. Recipes will include Greek-style Spaghetti Squash Patties and Spaghetti Squash with Spicy Tomato Sauce.
Saturday, October 15th - Two Ways with Green Beans with Beatriz Spalding
Fresh green beans may be prepared in different ways along with other vegetables and flavored with different herbs. They may be served as a side dish or a salad. Beatriz will show ow to make two old family favorite recipes which include tomatoes and potatoes.
Saturday, October 22 - Lasagna Soup with Easy Bread Sticks with Margaret Welder
A soup I created taste like one I had had in a restaurant. The bread sticks are biscuit dough, baked in butter, cheese & herbs.
